Special Uses of Aloe Vera and Its Health Benefits

Aloe vera recipe, that is beneficial for fighting cancer, ulcer, bacterial and fungal infections. This recipe is of great benefit to the skin. Aloe Vera has over 300 varieties, a herbaceous perennial that grows like pineapple but without a fruit. The gelatinous substance inside the glossy leaves is the medicinal essence of the plant. The gel and the liquid are extremely bitter.


Aloe Vera have the active ingredients that give its medicinal value include glycoside, aloin, resin, anthroquinone and others.

Uses of Aloe vera

1. Help To Fight Constipation

High level of scientific work has shown that Aloe vera   is very essential in fighting constipation. Constipation can be very dangerous as it weakens the gastro intestinal tract and predisposes the un-digested food to ferment and putrefaction and decay, spewing out dangerous by products.


Take out the roots

Ferment in water for 3 days

A sot ( 3 fingers) in a tumbler is OK, every night before sleep

General Health

The gel dissolved in mild alcohol and taken as tonic daily will promote general wellbeing including regulation of blood sugar and blood pressure.

2. Peptic/Duodenal Ulcer

Aloe vera helps to fight ulcer.

Take out 3-4 leaves

Grind the fresh leaves

Mix the ground leaves with a bottle of honey

Take 2 table spoons twice-thrice daily.

3. Cancer

The same preparation for ulcer also have great impact on war against cancer disease prevention:  Also Use 3-4 leaves of Aloe Vera with honey and a little alcohol. A bottle of honey with the gin mixed with ground fresh leaves of aloe is superb in taking care of cancer. This has been quite helpful. Take 2 table spoons twice-thrice daily.

4. Antiviral Antibacterial and Anti-fungal

Due to the active principle, aloe vera is very good for treating wounds. The gel and liquid from inside the leaves can be poured liberally on wounds. It is a natural way to help heal wound faster. It also cleanses the skin of eczema. The gel and liquid are used to wash the face and allowed to dry on skin every night before going to bed. Ringworm and other skin infections can easily be treated. Using the gel liquid to wash the hair will rid the head of dandruff and lice because of its great antibiotic power.

5. Uses of Aloe vera for skin

It has many uses for face and skin. Apply the slimy texture of the natural gel to your skin. The effect created includes soothing and cooling. Thus Ayurveda refers to aloe as the miracle herb that can be used to treat wounds, minor cuts, dry skin and severe burns.

It has high content of vitamin C, E and also, beta carotene. This gives it its nourishing, and the anti ageing qualities. Aloe vera can moisturize the skin and do not make it grease, thus having an oily skin makes it a great buy. Drinking aloe vera juice early in the morning on an empty stomach helps to improve digestion and, it also makes one glowing outside showing great radiant skin.

Special application

The products are used by people of all skin types. Aloe vera is very effective in treating the cells, which are on the skin, epithelial level. Dermatologist recommends it to remove tan, treat sunburn and stretch marks. A very good way to use aloe vera is direct application to the skin or in combination with other natural products.
