Gluten Free Waffles, Vegan, Rich With Pumpkin Seeds And Fresh Fruits
Dry Ingredients for the plant based vegan breakfast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
Wet Ingredients for plant based vegan breakfast
- 2 cup of walnut or almond milk
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Used for serving
- Coconut yogurt
- Orange slices
- Ground cinnamon
- Pumpkin seeds
- Lemon slices
Add all the wet ingredients inside a bowel and set aside for about 4 minutes
Take together, all the dry ingredients, inside another bowl.
Gently, put the wet ingredients to the dry ones, and whisk, then prepare the toppings
Heat up the waffle iron for about 7 minutes.
Add ladle of batter.
Top the cooked waffles with walnut, orange and lemon slices, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon
