JUICE PREPARATION

Ingredients

1.        4 cups of chopped green cabbage

2.        500ml of water

Preparation

1.        Boil the water for about 30 minutes

2.        Put chopped cabbage in blender and add water

3.        Blend both cabbage and the water

4.        Pour mixture in a jar

5.        Seal the jar and allow mixture to stay at room temperature

6.        Allow mixture to stay for 3 days so as to ferment

7.        Use a strainer to separate liquid from solid parts

8.        Store in a refrigerator and ready for useU

Ulcer Treatment

For Ulcer treatment,  the vegetable serves as a good diet for stomach ulcer.  The juice from leaves can be taken.

Drinking the juice just before meal daily, for 3-4 weeks, helps against heal gastro-duodenal ulcers.
