GARLIC/ CHILLI PEPPER SOUP

Ingredients:


One head of garlic

5 Potatoes


Olive oil

Chilli Pepper


Salt

1 onion

Thyme and 3tbs of Vinegar

Tomatoes liquid

1 cup water

Instructions:


Peel the garlic, add to a dish and toss with olive oil. After separating the cloves

Peel slice and boil potatoes for 15 mins

Slice the Chilli Pepper

Add the Chilli Pepper, salt to the tossed garlic with the olive oil

Add small water and roast for about an hour

Cool, add slice onion, vinegar and thyme.

Blend tomatoes

Grind the potatoes

Put the cloves the ground potatoes and all other items in the tomatoes and simmer for about 30 mins.

Cool and then serve
