HOW TO MAKE POMEGRANATE JUICE
7 large pomegranates
Take out the part of the pomegranate that resembles a crown.
Check the pomegranate into sections.
Cut open the pomegranate into sections that you already checked.
Fill the large bowl with cool water and break the pomegranate arils underneath the cool water.
Take out the water from the pomegranate arils. This separates them from the rind.
Add the arils into a blender.
Have a good blend, crushing the arils but still having the seeds in tact.
Pour the juice through a strainer and use a rubber spatula, where necessary to press the pulp against the strainer.
Pour juice into a glass to serve.
