APPLE CIDER VINEGAR – a miraculous remedy for health

Body detoxification and energy improvement 

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar together with a glass of water. Drink this solution in the morning or afternoon.

This should be taken also when you are tired, or lack energy.

Treatment of sore throat 

Get a mixture of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar along with 60 ml water. Gargle with the resultant solution.
