Turmeric: Turmeric recipes with instant results

Add one teaspoon of turmeric and black pepper paste.

Add in 500 ml of water.

Heat the mixture slowly and stir.

Do not allow it to boil.

Add the liquid in a cup and a thick slice of lemon. 

Turmeric golden smoothie: 

Get two teaspoons of turmeric and black pepper paste.

Add the paste to 250 ml of soyabeans or walnut milk.

Include a banana.

Add 2 cups of spinach, along with one teaspoon of ginger powder.

One teaspoon of cinnamon, half teaspoon of nutmeg, along with one teaspoon of chia seeds, should be added.

Add the following ingredients in a blender.

Blend at a very high speed for some seconds. 

Turmeric golden smoothie is ready.
